Define the tablet use case

Business, education, retail and kids learning programs may require different display sizes, protection, connectivity and software behavior. Write the target user, environment and daily workload into the sample brief before choosing a platform.

Confirm chipset, memory and storage together

The Android version alone does not define the tablet experience. Ask for the chipset, RAM, storage type and capacity, available expansion, final software image and language list. Test the exact combination planned for production rather than a different showroom configuration.

Check display, touch and enclosure details

Record panel size, resolution, brightness, touch response, viewing angle, cover glass, enclosure material and camera arrangement. If the tablet will be used in classrooms or retail, also review the stand, case, mounting or accessory requirements for the deployment.

Validate network bands and software

For a 4G tablet, confirm supported LTE bands for the destination countries, SIM behavior, data functions and carrier requirements. For all models, test WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS if required, system language, app compatibility, update policy and any branded boot screen on the approved sample.

Approve accessories and packaging

The charger, cable, case, manual, label, carton and barcode are part of the product program. Confirm regional adapter requirements, accessory branding, artwork files, language and carton dimensions before production packaging is approved.
